As a child, Christos remembers selling local goods at his grandfather’s grocery store and picking grapes and olives in the agricultural areas around Kyparissia. The sense of belonging felt simple and real.
It’s this feeling we want to pass on to you.
Our vision
We are Southregio – a real-estate agency specializing in beautiful, mainly old, properties in central and northern Messenia on the west coast of the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece.
We carry a big passion for traditional building materials and an immense respect for the historical and architectural heritage of the region. Our vision is to maintain the unique environment and culture of this area of Greece that we love so much.
A few years ago we decided to move back to the area and invest in a few properties. Now it's our turn to encourage others to do the same.

We know that buying or renovating a property can seem like an overwhelming task. That's why we are here to help you every step of the way based on what we have learned. Our close relationship with the region makes it both an obligation and a privilege.
We offer help with:
1. Buying, managing, and/or renovating properties
2. Renting out your holiday home
3. Providing you with the old/traditional building materials, like reclaimed cement tiles, wooden and iron doors, roof tiles and stone
We specialize in central and northern Messenia, but also have deep knowledge of the rest of the Peloponnese peninsula and the islands surrounding it.

Christos has ten years of experience as a real estate agent. She has carried out projects and managed properties in countries like Austria, Cyprus, Greece, and Russia and worked in the hospitality industry. Alexandra grew up in the small town of Vuyselki in the Krasnodar region of the USSR. In her free time, she enjoys reading about child psychology, and has a keen interest in psychotherapy, and loves cooking.
